I'm in for the northern dinner. Plan on 2 folks. Never tried Vietnamese, but seeing as I rather like Thai, Chinese, and Japanese, I ought a do fine.

It's heavier on meat than a lot of Asian food. The meat's not nearly as flavored as US meals, however. They do use lots of vegetables, still. Very very light fare, meaning hardly no grease on anything. Virtually non-existent.

Sadly... I think it's even healthy.

Jarhead, I don't know if they are gun people or not. I think they are just hard working folk trying to make a living. I think a 20 person group will have a pretty good impact on their night. When I've gone before its been onsies amd twosies here and there
