Barrel Threading in Northern Utah

Postby Indy » Thu 08 Aug 2013 11:51 pm

Anyone know of any experienced gunsmiths in the northern Utah area that can thread a barrel for a decent price? I just received my Class III tax stamp and would like to have someone lined up to whom I can refer customers that need a barrel threaded while they wait for a suppressor.

What is it exactly that you need threaded and what kind of time do you have?

I know someone who is reasonable and experienced and can run it by him.

I need a gunsmith that can thread a barrel, regardless of the barrel type, for various thread pitches. Tax stamps are taking about 6 months, so fast service isn't top priority.
