Yes, I think they were casing us. I was in a rented Hyundai. they had about 30 minutes. The gun was the only reason I even bothered with a police report.

I grew up in Vegas to have a handgun in the city you must have a blue card issued from the sheriffs dept. I don't remember it costing anything and I don't know if that applies to nonresidents, but a word of advice. DO NOT OC on the strip. My friend does open carry and has never been stopped, but never in the down town area. Since the strip is based on tourism, and for some reason people feel uncomfortable when they see a gun on your hip, they will stop you and do anything to get that gun out of sight. It suck. :disgusted:

I have OC'd on the strip and Fremont Street several times without problems!
